What condition must the items be in for a return or exchange?

All items must be returned in their original, unused, and perfect condition. This includes all original tags, labels, protective packaging, and the integrity of any branded boxes or dust bags. Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Footwear must be tried on clean, carpeted surfaces only.

Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal items, such as earrings, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear and lingerie must have the original hygiene seals intact. Please review the product description at the time of purchase for any specific final sale notations.

How will I receive my refund or exchange?
